Surgery

Dec 2:

My poor Monster... surgery again today...  removed 2 lumps - one from the front leg and one from the groin area.  Lab results will be in about 2 days from now.

She is still groggy - not eating much at all.  She took the pain medicines with some peanut butter and bananas, and is sleeping now.  I think I will sleep on the couch tonight - right next to her.

So groggy that she is falling off the bed!

2 hours later - more alert

3 hours later - fast asleep

Dec 7th:
It has been a few days now and she is 99% back to normal.  I have had to put a cone on her to keep her from licking the wounds and tearing out the stitches.  This makes her unhappy - but, other than that, all seems to be well, and going according to plan.  Stitches are to be removed on Thursday.



Dec 9th:
Dr. called... Lab results are in...  Lumps were not cancerous.  Yeay!
