Cathy and Gary are in town again, and so Marilyn invited all of us to go to our favorite restaurant in Marsing again.
Beautiful day, beautiful drive. As always - very good food.
We had a minor hiccup with our order - they got it wrong two times - but then they got it right the third time. And as an added bonus and apology, they gave us 4 giant cookies to take home with us :) That was good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you recover from it is what sets the tone. And they recovered very well.
