Book

Sept 30th:  Finished my book "The Forgotten Garden" by Kate Morton.  I liked the story - it is a multi generational story that mostly takes place in the UK and Australia, with a tiny bit in the USA.  The cover and title makes you think it is a sappy little love story - but is so very much the opposite with kidnappings, abandonment, murders, orphans and adoptions... it is about an Australian woman looking for her roots.  What I found most interesting is the numerous unanticipated twists and turns.  Also interesting is that the story was not told chronologically - it switched from a 100 years ago to 50 years ago to now and then back to 100 years ago etc.  Thanks Linda H for the recommendation.
