Today was our trip to the mega mall. We took a 5 minute taxi ride from the house to the train station, then a 1 hr 20 min train ride to Midvalley where the train conveniently stops right at the mega mall.

Very cool indicator inside the train... Red light means we already passed these stations, green means those are yet to come
And a mega mall it is!!!! I have never seen a mall that big in my life!!! Each floor was 7 times the size of the Boise mall. A person could walk through one floor for a whole day and not be quite done, and there are 5 floors. It was overwhelming!

Pretty Hangy Things
We first walked through our many food options and had some vegetarian soup (me) and pasta (Dhammika Pu).

Then we browsed through one of the book stores. D-Pu didn't want any books - she gets all her books from Ramani. She did get some kid stuff for Chooti, and a code word-puzzle book.
I got a bag of boosa mixture snacks.
There was a guard with a 3-4 foot gun on his shoulder, guarding a jewelry store. Very odd...
Bonus Picture...

Took a pic of Ken at toy store Especially for my friend DC :)
We contemplated watching a movie at the 18 screen theater, but decided to go home instead. Back on the train, and in a taxi, and home.
Such was our ladies day out :) Such exciting lives we lead :) :) :)
