Taxi, Bus, Ferry, Taxi to Penang

This is my favorite picture of the day - taken from the upper deck of the ferry
looking vertically down on the lower deck and the water

June 21st:

We got up very early and were at the bus stop at the crack of dawn for our ~270 mile trip to Georgetown/Penang.  The city/town/landscape views were nice, but my favorite was the ferry ride.

It was a relatively clear day in Seremban as we left, but as you can tell from the pictures, the smoke haze from the field burning in Indonesia was quite pronounced in Penang.

Bus to Cyberjaya, the newly created
city for outsourced tech employees
such as accounting services and
call centers.  Made me think of Don
and the "centers of excellence" ;)
